Salary: £13.50-£14.50

Contract Type: Temporary to Permanent.

We are actively recruiting a reliable individual for a HGV Class 2 Skip/RoRo driver position in Hersden. You would be working for a reputable waste management company dealing with scrap metal disposal.
Driver must have:
• A valid Class C licence full CPC and Digi card
• Skip work experience is desirable.
• No points preferred.
• Must have good customer service skills as you will be delivering and collecting skips.
Role will include:
• Being able to complete a full safety check on the your vehicle daily (this maybe paper form or app form training will be given if needed.
• Being able to complete simple delivery paperwork.
• Scrap metal disposal, bulk haulage and demolition and dismantling.
• To carry out duties in a productive manner.
• Start times may very but generally between 05:00-08:00 Monday to Friday.

The ideal candidate needs to be fit and active as some lifting of heavy items such as fridges may be required for some of the jobs. If you believe that you have the necessary skills, experience and qualifications please get in touch!
