Our client, a well established supplier and distributor in their industry are looking for a hard-working Purchasing & Logistics Administrator to join their team on the outskirts of Brentwood. High attention to detail is essential, as well as excellent IT skills and you must be proficient in Office 365, especially in Excel to be considered for this role.

Duties will include:

* Order processing and ensuring orders & deliveries are on schedule
* Calculating stock and calculating percentages on Excel
* Liaising with various teams to ensure sufficient stock is ordered and delivered to site/customers
* Analysing Sales trends to ensure stock is kept at the correct levels
* Ensuring transport is arranged and all import documentation is in place
* Keeping customers informed of delivery schedules
* Ensuring all supplier invoices are correct and passed on to the accounts team
* Working with the Marketing department to budget for magazine editorials, exhibitions, and marketing initiatives
* Purchasing office stationery, as well as warehouse equipment and kitchen supplies as required
* Booking transport and hotels for sales staff
* Filing, taking phone calls, and liaising with customers and team members

This is a full-time, permanent role with the hours of Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm.
