Barker Munro recruitment is working with a well know name to recruit for full time Insurance Customer Service Advisers working in motor and personal lines to join their growing team.
The Role involves;
• Process general customer enquiries, policy alterations, renewals and introduce new/additional insurance products and services.
• Pro-actively establish new sales opportunities by cross selling
• Transact business compliantly within FCA requirements and always with a ‘customer-centric’ approach.
What we’re looking for:
• Individuals who can demonstrate the drive, energy and enthusiasm required to provide a fantastic customer experience to our existing and prospective clients.
• A confident personality who can work well within a team environment but can also work just as well as an individual
• Someone who shows initiative and has a “can do” attitude
• Good interpersonal skills, communication skills, & relationship building abilities.
• Sales and/or customer service experience is desirable however; insurance experience is not essential.
• Full driving license and access to your own vehicle.
• Full time Monday – Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm.
