Customer Service Administrator
£18000 - £20000 per annum

Due to increased business, an exciting opportunity has arisen to join one of our respected clients within their Admin department in Romford. This role would suit a hardworking, driven, reliable candidate who is confident speaking on the phone, as 50% of your daily task will include making calls to customers.
Duties:
* Setting customer credit limits, credit checks, following up trade references
* Credit control
* Managing Daily updates to clients and account managers
* Communicating internally important feedback from customers
* Dealing with and responding to high volumes of emails & phone calls
* Handling customer claims, and issuing credit notes refunds as needed
* Customer Service support to clients
* Following up for deposits or payments
* Overseeing stock allocation, orders and deliveries are processed as planned
* Answering and redirecting incoming calls and emails
* Issuing invoices and statements, and provide admin support
To be considered for this role, you must be confident to use MS office systems, as well as be methodical, and have excellent attention to detail.
This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
