Due to our clients continued growth, we are looking to hire an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Project Manager who can help us further develop our strong footing in the Oracle Cloud domains.



About the role

The role will be part of our Delivery Practice. The successful candidate will be required to manage engagement risk, project planning and budgeting, resourcing plans, and project tracking activities.

They will be expected to manage client communications over the lifecycle of these projects and develop strong relationships with key decision makers.

They will also manage a cross-functional team of employees to deliver successful end-to-end implementations.



About you

* Expert in the application of project management practices.
* Strong experience in ERP and HCM implementation - mainly Oracle Cloud.
* Ability to deal with customers who have operations in multiple countries.
* Experience in delivering multiple ERP and Finance implementations across large complex environments with multiple stakeholders (mandatory).
* Experience in leading diverse IT and Business teams to achieve project outcomes
