The Atlas Recruitment Group are currently helping an MSP in Maidstone to search for a 2nd Line Engineer on a permanent basis.

The organisation are well established and have been operating for over thirty years now and have a solid customer base across the Southeast. Due to continued growth and expansion, they currently require an experienced 1st/2nd Line Support Engineer to join them to operate across the Service Desk as an escalation point from the 1st Line Engineers but also to visit customer sites in Kent for on-site project based work, there is a likely 90/10 split in regard to office and on-site work.

They are a Microsoft Gold Partner so you will primarily be supporting Microsoft technologies including Office365, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, LAN, WAN, Windows/Exchange Server etc. As much experience in those technologies is required for this position.

There is a shift rota involved in this role and candidates will need to be able to drive, a parking permit will be provided by our client for you to park in Maidstone town centre at no cost to you.

Weekly Shift Rota + Work From Home every Wednesday:

8AM-5:30PM

8:30AM-5PM

5AM-13:30PM (Shift done remotely from home
