Our client, a leading manufacturer in their field, is looking to recruit for a driven, hardworking Office Administrator to join their team based in Romford. To be considered for this role you must have previous experience within a similar role as well as be reliable, have excellent attention to detail and be able to use your own initiative.

Your duties will include:

* Issuing quotes and processing orders via in-house system
* Providing daily updates to clients and account managers on orders
* Dealing with and responding to high volumes of emails & phone calls
* Providing excellent customer service and support to customers
* Ensuring samples, orders and deliveries are processed as planned
* Provide admin support for the account development managers
* Ensuring relationships are maintained with clients
* Chasing up deposits and payments
* Raising purchase invoices

The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational skills, as well as have the ability to manage multiple projects. You will need to be self-driven and have strong communication skills as you will be liaising with customers on a daily basis. Strong IT skills, particularly Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems would be ideal.

This is a full-time, permanent role with the hours of Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm.
