The University of Kent Academies Trust are seeking to appoint flexible and reliable Lettings Assistants to provide support on site during all letting activities. This is a casual, as required role and total hours will be varied. The ability to work evenings and weekends is essential in this role. Initially based at Brompton Academy you will also have the opportunity to work hours at our sister school, Chatham Grammar.

Acting as first contact with our external clients, our Lettings Assistants will be confident communicators, courteous and professional always. This role provides support for our external lettings and will include locking and unlocking the site, ensuring the external clients adhere to their agreements, basic maintenance for lettings and acting as liaison whilst the clients are on-site.
