We are currently recruiting for packers to work for one of our candidates based in Molash near Ashford, Kent.

This job will involve working at fast but accurate pace, order picking and packing fresh produce according to the pick sheets and loading onto the vehicles according to the delivery routes. There is a certain aspect of quality control where you will need to check that the products before packing them. Candidates would need to work at a fast but accurate pace as you would need to keep to the strict timescale targets to make sure that all deliveries are ready.

Due to types of products this company delivers there are very strict health and hygiene protocols that need to be adhered to.

This company operates 24/7 which means that there are different shifts that you can be placed on.

WEEK DAY SHIFTS

Night shift: Sunday to Thursday 17:00 till 03:00 paid at £9.70 per hour

The Ideal Candidate:
• Be flexible with working hours
• Good attention to detail
• Be able to work well as part of a team and on their own
• Be able to work at a fast but accurate pace
• Good numeracy and literacy skills

Due to shift times you must have your own transport.
