Venrec are pleased to be recruiting for a Purchasing Manager to join our clients successful Construction based in Stansted, Essex 

The role entails:

- Purchasing all materials for sites and the main office 
- Being responsible for hiring all of the equipment for sites 
- Arranging transport for all materials 
- Arranging site clearances 
- Working with the estimating department in order to ensure that competitive material quotes are given 
- Being responsible for placing all sub-contractor orders 

A successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:

- At least 2 years experience working in a similar role within the construction industry
- Good attention to detail 
- Excellent communication skills 
- Previous experience working in the construction industry

The salary for this position is dependent on experience but between £35,000 - £40,000 

Our client offers 23 days holiday + bank holidays 

The hours for this position are Monday to Friday 8am - 6pm
