As a Resourcer, you will undertake proactive work to find and retain candidates for the Consultants to recommend to clients. This will involve managing various forms of advertisements and marketing to attract the candidates required, and initial screening to see if the applicants are suitable for the role.

Experience in a similar role is greatly beneficial but the company may also consider a new trainee.

The ideal candidate will have strong, clear communication skills and be comfortable conversing with potential candidates.

The company specialise in IT recruitment so an interest in the world of tech is appreciated but not necessary.
