New opportunity to join an organisation in West Kent for a 6-9 month contract. You will be an experienced HR Generalist with strong recruitment skills and be able to commit to a 6-9 month contract. Ideally you will be at least CIPD Level 3 and have 2 years practical HR experience.

Duties
- supporting the HRBP and the HR Team
- working closely with the recruiting managers
- analysing and benchmarking job roles, creating job descriptions and writing effective adverts
- organising and leading interviews
- assisting with wellbeing events
- supporting the HR team

Salary dependent on experience
