We have several vacancies for summer staff in our flagship store in Tunbridge Wells our brand new store at Newnham court shopping village in Maidstone and at our warehouse in Paddock Wood. Between from May to Mid-September
Tunbridge Wells & Newnham Court Stores
Working in our Tunbridge Wells or Newnham Court stores you will be helping parents and pupils fitting uniform and serving existing pupils who are topping up on uniform. The role involves using a till, serving customers with uniform and other shop floor related duties. You must be able and prepared to deliver excellent customer service and be prepared to work in a busy and pressurised environment.
You will be employed on a fixed term contract for 4 days per week but there is opportunity for further hours. The shops are open Monday to Sunday and hours are worked on a rota system.
Salary commensurate with experience, holiday pay and sick pay after a qualifying period.
Paddock Wood Distribution Centre
We also have several vacancies for staff to work in the warehouse at Paddock Wood from May to Mid – September. You will be working initially helping unpack and ticket daily deliveries of school uniform. You may also be asked to work at Selling Events in schools when we open pop up shops for an evening. From the start of August, you move to picking orders for the school shops and our on-line order system. You will need to demonstrate a high degree of accuracy in a busy and pressurised environment.
You will be employed on a fixed term 4 days (31 hours) contract worked on a rota basis as the warehouse is open Monday to Saturday.
Salary commensurate with experience, holiday pay and sick pay after a qualifying period.
