Successful, growing and busy company based in the Tonbridge area is looking to recruit an HR Manager. You will be an experienced HR professional with at least 4-5 years HR experience and ideally a CIPD qualification. This is a sole charge role looking after a workforce of about 150. Ideally you will have worked in a manufacturing, logistics, warehouse or fruit industry previously. A car is essential due to location and due to the nature of the business you will be based on site.

Duties
- Responsible for the smooth running of the HR function
- Developing and implementing policies and procedures
- Dealing with all ER issues
- Managing and assisting with recruitment
- Overseeing time and attendance software - extacting data and analysing
- Developing a KPI system

Salary up to £35,000 depending on experience
