Porchlight has an exciting opportunity to expand the successful Live Well Kent service into Medway on behalf of Kent & Medway CCG, leading to Live Well Kent & Medway - a network of services (led by strategic partners Porchlight and Shaw Trust) that helps people who are struggling with their mental health and wellbeing.


The role: You will help manage the expansion of our Live Well Kent mental health service into Medway.

You will ensure that the services are working together to make the biggest possible difference to people in Medway. You’ll be responsible for working with and developing our network of services, enabling the service to adapt and meet the needs of local people.

You will ensure we’re successfully delivering the contract as well as maintaining Porchlight’s own high standards, working closely with CCG commissioners as well as other key stakeholders.

We’re looking for an excellent communicator with strong skills in developing partnerships, who is knowledgeable about mental health services and passionate about making a difference to people’s lives.

What you need:

-Knowledge and experience of contract management
-The ability to influence others and work a wide range of partner organisations
-Excellent communication and relationship skills
-Someone who can deliver strategic, inspirational leadership
-Experience of managing large budgets to ensure value for money
