Leigh Academies Trust has a rare and exciting management opportunity within our central Estates Team. Due to the promotion of the current post holder, we are seeking to appoint an outstanding Deputy Estates Director; reporting directly to the Estates Director for the Trust, you will be responsible for leading on the strategic estate and facilities management across the LAT portfolio. You will deputise for the Estates Director, provide leadership support across the Estates function and will provide advice and guidance to the central Estates Team. This is a great opportunity which offers career development, the chance to be part of a growing organisation and the chance to work with highly skilled specialists.

The remuneration offered is circa £60,000 per annum (commensurate with experience), plus performance bonus and 25 days’ annual leave plus bank holidays which increases based on length of service.

Being part of Leigh Academies Trust: As of 1st September 2020, our Trust will comprise 28 geographically organised academies (11 secondaries, 15 primaries and 2 special) educating over 16,000 students, and employing over 2,500 talented staff. We also have one further secondary academy in the development phase, due to open in September 2021 - Leigh Academy Rainham.
