As part of the Customer Service team, you will:-

* Provide excellent customer service over the telephone
* Resolve any customer enquiries relating to any technical issues
* Work towards both individual and team targets

The successful applicant for this role will :-

* Have good levels of customer service
* Have a real interest in IT, computer-building, new technology or gaming for example
* Be available to start a new role ASAP
* Happy to work on shifts that can sometimes include night shifts
