South East Refurbishments Ltd is a well-established Building Contractor based in Rochester, Kent.

We have a vacancy for a Part-time Accounts Manager to carry out the following duties:

• Credit Control
• Experience of dealing with customer and supplier queries
• Performing bank and supplier statement reconciliations
• Calculating and submitting VAT and CIS Returns to HMRC
• Processing payroll through Basic PAYE Tools – RTI
• Running Month end reports and any other Ad-hoc reporting
• Reporting directly to the Managing Director

You will be required to work 2/3 days per week starting initially on Thursdays and Fridays.

Applicants must be AAT level 3 or 4 qualified.

This role also requires sales and purchase ledger supervision and all candidates must be a proficient user of Sage 50 Accounts, computer literacy with excellent Excel and Outlook skills. A knowledge of the building industry would be an advantage but not essential.

Salary £12.25 per hour
