Due to increased workload we require an experienced Groundwork's Estimator to work on various new projects enquiries.

Requirements:
Receiving New Enquiries
Visit Potential New Sites
Understanding Clients Brief and Specifications
Taking off Drawings
Producing BOQ where BOQ not Supplied
Pricing BOQ
Sending out Sub-Contractor Enquiries
Obtaining Materials Quotations
Client Negotiations
Hand Over to Contracts Managers
