Eurotunnel manages, maintains and operates the Channel Tunnel Fixed Link Concession between Folkestone and Coquelles, France. Opened on 6 May 1994, the Fixed Link is a rolling motorway which transports passenger and commercial freight vehicles on board Shuttles across the Channel at 140kph, in 35 minutes. It also allows the running of third party passenger and railfreight trains. The advantages of the Channel Tunnel are security, reliability, speed, frequency and respect for the environment.

Eurotunnel is seeking highly motivated Customer Service Agents to work during the busy summer period on our Passenger Service. The Customer Service Agents work on a 24/7 shift basis within the Customer Services Division, delivering excellent customer service to passengers on our services.

This position must provide excellent customer service in a warm and welcoming manner, both as the first point of contact for customers arriving at the Terminal and when the customers board the train.

This role will interest you if you are passionate about working in a team, committed to offering a high quality of service for our customers, have excellent communication skills and have previous experience of working in a customer facing role.

In accordance with the Working Time Regulations Act 1998 these roles are open to individuals aged 18 years and over at the time of taking up appointment due to shift working being required.

Applicants must qualify to work within the EU and will be required to present appropriate documentation (passport, work permit).

Completed application forms must be received no later than 12 noon on Friday 3 April 2020.

The successful candidates must be available to start training from either 15 or 22 June 2020 and be available to work until mid/end September. Please note that we can only authorise one week’s leave during this period.

Candidates must be available to attend an interview during w/c 13 April 2020 and a medical w/c 20 April 2020.
