Marketing Executive



We're looking to recruit an experienced Marketing Executive to support in the development and implementation of our marketing activities.



You will have a solid understanding of all types of marketing including online and offline communications, content production and relationship management.



In particular, you will play a key role in driving and co-ordinating our social media and events strategies, managing website content, supporting in the production of video content and will support the wider business in preparing and writing content for emails, proposals and internal collateral.



You will take responsibility for tracking and monitoring the success of campaigns, social and website traffic and providing monthly reports against KPIs, as well as ensuring consistency of our branding and message across all internal and external collateral.



You will also assume responsibility for the day to day management of our external marketing agencies and partnerships.



The role will initially be a 9 month fixed contract with the view to evolving into a full time position, reporting into the head of marketing.

Knowledge, Skills, Experience required



* Ideally a minimum of 3 years marketing experience

* A marketing qualification and or experience in professional services is desirable

* Great communication skills - both verbal and written

* Proactive, self-starter and able to use initiative

* Great time management skills - able to manage your own workload and meet deadlines

* Experienced in digital marketing especially social media and website management

* Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint

* Knowledge of SEO and PPC

* Ability to establish strong, long lasting relationships

* Excellent troubleshooting / problem solving skills

* Ability to work well within a team

* IT literate





Hours: 37.5 per week



Location: Maidstone



Salary: £25,000 - £27,000 DOE
