SALARY: £93,500 to £110,000 per annum plus £8 k car allowance

JOB LOCATION: Birmingham x 1 post and Bishops Stortford x 1 post

HOURS: 36 hours per week

We're looking for two exceptional Regional Director of Partnerships based at our Birmingham and Bishops Stortford office on a permanent basis.

In conjunction with the Partnerships Director, deliver the regional partnerships investment strategy by identifying and securing opportunities to deliver new high quality affordable housing in the region

To lead a small high calibre and effective team who, together, will secure the objectives of the regional partnerships business.

We'll look to you to deliver growth in accordance with regional business plan targets and client requirements. This will include building strong mutually beneficial partnerships with developers and target house builders to procure high quality affordable homes to reflect the needs of local communities

You'll have a proven track record working at a senior management level as the role will involve acting as role model, leading, managing and developing staff, whilst working collaboratively with all other development departments to ensure the development strategy is properly implemented and targets are achieved.

Other duties include but not limited to:

* Constantly review and adjust the regional partnership operating arrangements in order to maintain effectiveness in response to business needs, market changes and emerging risks

* Manage the regional partnerships stakeholder action plan by ensuring key relationships with local authorities, Clarion's regional housing association business, regional government and Homes England/GLA are positive and productive

* Meet the requirements of public and private funding, the Regulator of Social Housing, Clarion's financial regulations and all policies and procedures

* Work closely with the Partnerships Director to ensure transparency and accuracy of information across all areas of responsibility

* At project level, ensure full due diligence, risk management, reporting, filing and mile-stone sign off, to ensure appropriate actions are identified and executed, briefings are comprehensive and handovers are thorough and timely

* Maintain an up to date analysis of the issues and risks arising to enable timely resolution of problems and issues for the regional team and the wider business

* Lead, manage and develop the regional partnerships staff team
