The role: You will manage Kent Homeless Connect - a network of specialist services (led by Porchlight) that help people who are homeless or at risk of becoming so.
You will ensure that the services are making up the network – which include a 24 hour helpline and specialist support staff for homeless people with complex needs – are working together to make the biggest possible difference to vulnerable people in Kent.
You will also ensure that all services are maintaining our high standards in line with Kent Homeless Connect’s contractual and regulatory guidelines.
You will be responsible for developing the Kent Homeless Connect network, ensuring it continues to improve and meet the needs of those who have nowhere else to turn for help.
We’re looking for an inspiring communicator who is knowledgeable about the causes of homelessness and passionate about making a difference to people’s lives.

What you need:
• Knowledge and experience of contract management
• The ability to influence others and work a wide range of partner organisations
• Excellent communication and relationship skills
• Someone who can deliver strategic, inspirational leadership
• Experience of managing large budgets to ensure value for money.
