Rapport Housing and Care

Rosewell House is our brand new Extra Care Scheme, situated in Tudeley Lane, Tonbridge.

The scheme comprises 59 one and two bedroom apartments carefully designed for over 55\'s, enabling them to remain living enjoyable, independent lives within the community, with peace of mind that they are in a safe and secure environment with staff on-site 24 hours a day, seven days a week, should an emergency arise.

Extra care housing schemes attempt to eliminate loneliness amongst older people through the creation of a community, tenants are encouraged to be independent in their own homes but have use of the communal areas for social activities.

Rosewell House is part of our retirement community, sitting alongside Barnes Lodge Residential Home, our 101 bed care home also in Tudeley Lane.

The scheme has a staffing presence 24 hours a day, seven days a week and applications from people who would like to join the dedicated teams of staff at Rosewell House are always welcome.

Rapport Housing and Care offers Supported, Residential and Nursing Care to older people with physical frailty and Dementia across Kent.
