Due to ongoing expansion, Customer Service Advisers are required to join a friendly team in a leading debt management agency with a globally recognised brand, based in Kings Hill.

Customers will never have to pay back more than what they can realistically afford, and as their consultant, you will work with them to put together a payment plan to help them become debt free.

This role is 100% telephone based, so you must be confident on the phone and able to talk openly about money in a warm and friendly manner.

The starting basic salary ranges start at £19,500, increasing to £25,056 after progression and training, with a generous bonus schemes, with progression encouraged. Extensive industry training is provided.

The shift pattern for this role is;
Week 1. Monday-Friday 7.45am - 2.30pm
Week 2. Monday-Friday 2.15pm - 9pm + Saturday morning

One longer shift per week 7:45am-7:00pm - it will be up to you which day you choose to work these longer hours.
