Forklift Driver

They are recognised as one of the UK's leading distributors to the building services and process industry markets, providing market-leading products, serving all the major conurbations and surrounding territories.

Role responsibilities

Unloading and loading vehicles using forklift truck
Reporting damage
Pick goods accurately from order documentation
Participate in stock takes if required
Warehouse ‘house-keeping’ ensuring the environment is kept clean and tidy
Confident communicator
Be a reliable and trustworthy member of the team
Act in a friendly and courteous manner
Always act professionally
Be positive and proactive in everything you do
A nationally recognised valid certificate to operate a Counterbalance Forklift truck would be an advantage and ideally some experience in the warehouse environment. Heavy manual labour will be involved in this fast paced role.

Hours of work:

Monday – Friday only, 08:30 till finish, approx 10-12 hour days, 50 hours plus per week, however flexibility is required within this role.

£8.50 per hour (temp to perm position for ideal candidate)
