The role: Working 18.75 hours per week you will be responsible for providing one to one support and advice to service users with mental health needs.

The Community Link Service is part of the Live Well Kent community wellbeing network. The network helps individuals, age 17+, to improve their mental health and wellbeing.

As a community link worker you will promote recovery and community participation of individuals by assessing their needs and setting goals. You will work closely with statutory and voluntary agencies to help service user’s access appropriate support in the community.

This role requires:

Excellent communication and people skills
Ability to initiate and maintain constructive relations with clients
Ability to develop effective working relationships with colleagues and external agencies.
Good literacy, numeracy and IT skills
