DEMELZA PROVIDES SPECIALIST CARE AND EMOTIONAL SUPPORT FOR CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE WITH TERMINAL CONDITIONS AND THEIR LOVED ONES, ACROSS KENT, EAST SUSSEX AND SOUTH EAST LONDON.

We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner, CIPD qualified to at least Level 5, with demonstrable experience of conducting successful ER activities and investigations to join our team.

You will be able to demonstrate your sound knowledge of current case law and your recent CPD. You will have a proactive and resourceful approach to maintaining your own knowledge base, effectively updating and communicating external changes to the HR Team.

You will have excellent people skills and be a confident and effective communicator.

Previous charity or healthcare experience would be an advantage.

Driving licence, valid for use in the UK, is essential as the role will involve travel between sites within the Demelza region.
