Part-Time Sales Advisor - Chatham - £17,500 Pro-rata (OTE 24K - 27K)

Our client based in Chatham is currently looking to recruit a Sales Advisor to join their fun and dynamic team on a part-time permanent basis.

(Minimum of 15 hours per week.)

As a Sales Advisor you will:

* Contacting customers on a daily basis
* Use effective questioning, listening and influencing skills to maximise sales and revenue
* Deal with customers and colleagues in a friendly, positive and professional manner
* Deliver sales whilst ensuring quality is maintained
* Achieve personal targets
* Provide an exemplary customer service on behalf of our prestige client
* Ensure all calls are undertaken in accordance with the company's compliance processes

The ideal Sales Advisor will hold the following skills and experience:

* Previous Sales experience ideally gained in a contact centre however retail experience is also desirable
* Confidence, drive and personality
* Highest standard of integrity and honesty
* Confidence to learn and develop through continuous training and development
* Good communication skills
* Ability to build rapport with customers
