JBH Refurbishments is an interior fit-out company based in the heart of rural Kent. We provide commercial refurbishments and property maintenance for the healthcare, education, commercial and retail sectors. We pride ourselves on delivering quality fit-out solutions, with excellent customer service.

Our offices in Staplehurst are based a stones-throw from the station with mainline routes to London, Sevenoaks Tonbridge, Paddock Wood and Ashford. Situated in such a central location enables us to complete commercial refurbishments throughout London, Greater London, Kent, Surrey and Sussex.

This could be an immediate start for the right person



Job Role:

Training will be given on the following-

• Helping to Preparing tenders and quotations
• Maintaining project progress records
• Obtaining competitive costs from suppliers and contractors
• Attending Site surveys with a member of staff and regular onsite meetings with clients
• General administrative duties

Required Skills
• A desire and willingness to learn
• A good head for maths
• Be confident when speaking to people both on the phone and face to face
• Self-motivated
• Excellent verbal and written skills
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
• Clean full UK driving license is essential
• Access to own car (business travel expenses will be reimbursed)

Hours
8am – 5pm Monday to Thursday
8am - 4pm Friday
Due to the nature of the industry, you may be expected to work overtime on occasion.
