We have a requirement to work as part of existing maintenance team. The incumbent will undertake planned and response maintenance on this 150 acre site.

Experience of a full range of skills such as plastering, tiling, carpentry and painting as general maintenance tasks is required. The ability to work alone, under tight deadlines but able to produce good quality workmanship.

Hours: 37 hrs per (Mon-Fri) plus a willingness to work evenings & weekends if necessary.

Starting salary £20,003 per annum.
