Pathways to Independence is a registered charity providing a supported housing service to homeless single adults across Kent and Medway.

We are seeking a Part-Time Housing Management Officer to join a small team, helping deliver a high quality supported housing service to adults living in our Medway and Maidstone services. This will involve Health and Safety assessments and inspections, managing maintenance, rent administration and coordination with our Support Coaches on client needs.

The post-holder will work between 9am to 5pm weekdays.

We need an experienced, committed and adaptable person. You should have some experience of property management, have proficient IT skills, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills. The role will involve lone working on occasions.

A full UK Driving License and daily use of a car is essential, (subject to the provisions of the Disability Discrimination Act 1995).

An Enhanced DBS disclosure will be required. However, a criminal conviction will not necessarily prejudice your application.
