Tonbridge/Tunbridge Wells based. Clark James Insurance Recruitment have a great role within a busy and vibrant Insurance Claims business. The purpose of this role is to provide a first notification of loss (FNOL) service on behalf of clients who have been involved in a motor accident or wish to make a claim relating to their property/house.

You will be the first point of contact to clients looking to make a claims or for advice, recording the relevant details from them and giving excellent customer assistance. You will use your skills and training to assess liability as a result of the claim while looking out for possible fraudulent claims.

The FNOL team also supply the businesses with general admin support when and where it is needed.
Some previous Insurance claims, customer service or call centre experience would be essential for this position, salaries are obviously higher for existing claims handlers.
