The Role

Are you a tenacious, organised and proactive skilled clinical professional leader? Are you committed to delivering high quality healthcare to patients making a real difference to people’s lives? The purpose of this role is to lead on service innovation and quality and to provide clinical leadership and professional support to advanced practitioners. You will form part of the senior locality leadership team and will be integral to service integration and delivery, alongside a Regional Medical Director and Associate Locality Director.

You must be a registered clinical professional with exceptional communication skills and have leadership or management experience with an understanding or background within urgent care or a generalist area.

This is a permanent position, working 37.5 hours per week based in our Head Office in Ashford. Hours are flexible and will include some weekend, evening and bank holiday working.
