Canterbury Cathedral is offering a Painting and Decorating Apprenticeship.

You will have the chance to gain experience working alongside the Cathedral’s small but skilled Painting and Decorating team and work towards an NVQ Level 2 in Painting and Decorating over a period of 2 years.

Candidates must be a holder of GCSE Maths and English at Grade C / 4 or above or have the ability to pass the training organisation’s Skills Learning Exercise assessment, be able to demonstrate a reasonable knowledge of the trade through their application and at interview, carry out the requirements of an apprenticeship which will include travel to college in Folkestone, possess good time management skills, and be able to work outdoors in all weathers and at height.
