Would you like to work in a small friendly team, being at the heart of the customer experience our dealership delivers?

Attitude, enthusiasm and reliability is everything in this role and the ideal candidate will be a good communicator, enjoy working in a team and have excellent organisational skills.

The role includes delivering high standards of service to our aftersales customers whether it be arranging a booking, dropping their vehicle in, provide customer updates or handover back to the customer. In addition, you would be involved in preparing documentation, speaking with customers regarding any concerns on their vehicle and liaising with technicians. The role would also include being able to assist with questions about how customer technologies work in their vehicles.

Full training would be provided, both by your colleague that would work with you in the same role and training at Ford Motor Company’s academy.

The role also requires a good understanding of mathematics and English, computer literacy and you would need to hold a full driving licence. Motor trade experience or retail customer service experience would be advantageous, but not essential.
