You’ll be supporting the development, streamlining and monitoring of all corporate contracts, and assisting the leadership and implementation of the procurement strategy.
You’ll have:
•A proven track record of successful contract implementation and management for a large and diverse portfolio
•In depth information of contract formation and contract types
•Ability to excel at leading and motivating people to deliver excellent results
•The ability to work effectively with colleagues across the business, and with external stakeholders
•Fantastic communication skills and enjoying working with people
•Strong analytical skills, including the ability to critically analyse complex information and experience of providing meaningful category management information
•Excellent attention to detail with the ability to work under pressure, deliver to strict deadlines and manage conflicting priorities
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office
What’s desirable:
•Experience of working within the housing sector
•Relevant professional qualification – CIPFA or CIPS
