Eurotunnel

Eurotunnel manages, maintains and operates the Channel Tunnel Fixed Link Concession between Folkestone and Coquelles, France. An innovative rail company and responsible infrastructure manager, Eurotunnel is part of the Getlink group and is a leading stakeholder in the economies around Kent and Calais, contributing to the dynamism of the regions surrounding its operations. As a responsible employer, the Getlink Group is committed to providing a working environment that fosters personal development and fulfilment in order to attract and retain good and qualified staff.

In 2018, Eurotunnel Shuttles carried circa 1.7 million trucks, and 2.6 million passenger vehicles and facilitated the transportation of just over 1m tonnes of freight and some 11m Eurostar passengers. The Channel Tunnel facilitates trade worth circa £91.4bn per year, representing a quarter of all UK trade in goods with the European Union.

Eurotunnel is seeking highly motivated Junior Technicians to join its Track department. Based at our terminal in Folkestone you will be part of a team of technicians employed in the preventative and corrective maintenance of all departmental equipment, to ensure the highest possible safety and operational standards.
