Our client based in East Kent who are a leading manufacturer of consumer based products are looking to recruit a Product Development Manager.

In this role it is essential that the Development Manager has significant experience in mould tooling coupled with a more recent background in Development Engineering.

General duties to include:

* Development projects that lead to IP/Patent Registration;
* Managing the products development function;
* Managing compliance responsibility in conjunction with the licensing team;
* Vigorous cost reviews, regular liaison with internal partners.

An interest in diecast products would be a distinct advantage as would experience in a fast moving development environment.
