I'm currently looking to speak with individuals who are looking for a job with a purpose! My very well known client in Kings Hill are looking for Case Account Managers to join their busy, fast paced call centre.

We are specifically looking for people who possess the following;

Experience of a fast paced, dynamic office environment
Working towards KPI's successfully
Previous problem solving experience

Confidence and Tenacity
Some of the key responsibilities include;

Handle complex customer accounts - these could be a high value customer/ a resolved complaint/dispute account or high asset forensic account
Ensure the internal systems are updated correctly and accurately
Be an ambassador of a customer focused approach
Connect all customer operations departments to the customer through high standard delivery
Supporting your team members with more complex accounts
Processing payments via direct debit sand other payment methods
What's on offer;

You will be expected to work a rotating shift pattern between the hours of 7.45am - 9.00pm Monday - Friday and also every other Saturday morning 8.45am - 1.30pm. These are non negotiable :)
