Qualifications-
HNC Building – Will consider day release for the right applicant
A Levels
GCSE Maths and English – Minimum C grade
NVQ Level 3 Construction

Skills-
Advanced knowledge of Excel
Good knowledge of Word and Outlook
MS Project would be good

Personality / Life Skills
Outgoing personality
Able to work under pressure to tight deadlines
Relationship management skills

Experience / Knowledge
NSR Experience
Preferably 2 Years’ experience within construction or facilities management
Commercial background preferable
Or to have a sound provable understanding of the construction process i.e. know somebody who has a construction business or part time experience

8.00 to 5.30 Mon to Fri

Holiday 20 days plus public holidays
