Go Resource are currently looking for a Romanian Planner / Coordinator to work out of our Client site on the outskirts of Canterbury . This role will ideally suit a candidate looking to move more into an office environment , with good standard of English with the ability to communicate at all levels with both the candidates and the client as you will be working from the client site .



The hours of work will be 6 days per week with 1 day off per week so will include working weekends 45 hours per week 0700 - 1700 hours



The Role will involve but will not be limited to :





Managing Recruitment Targets and deadlines set by your line manager your duties will consist of



* Client and candidate contact , pre-booking staff for registration to work , carrying out interviews with potential new candidates ensuring they are legally compliant prior to booking them out to work at multiple client sites.

* Advertising, interviewing and Data administration on in house software systems



Candidate Specification



* Ideally you will be from Eastern Europe with the ability to communicate both verbally and written in English have and Romanian . You will need to be focused, conscientious , determined and extremely people orientated to be considered for this role .

* Must be able to demonstrate flexibility with working hours and ideally will have gained experience within a similar working background or environment.

* Immediate start available for the right candidate

* Must be able to drive anf have own vehicle for work
