Established recognised practice based in Tunbridge Wells seeks a Property Litigation Solicitor or ILEX to join a busy department (hybrid working). You will be joining a Legal 500 practice with 30 staff members, working alongside the firms Partner and member of the Property Litigation Association dealing with both residential & commercial property litigation matters. Experience dealing with L&T, Dilapidations, Service Charge, Rent Recovery disputes, Possession claims and Easements/Rights of Way required. Any additional experience with LVT/Enfranchisement disputes and RTM claims would be an advantage. This role is available on either a full/part-time basis and offers hybrid working (2-3 days a week WFH). Candidates with 2yrs+ experience in Property Litigation work should apply. Solicitors practice based in Lewes seeks Private Client lawyer to oversee an existing caseload on a part-time basis (working 2-3 days per week). Our client is a practice of 5 lawyers specialising in property & probate work and is seeking either a lawyer, Legal Executive or qualified Solicitor who is comfortable managing a caseload which includes Probate & Estate matters, LPAs, Wills and Elderly Client matters without supervision. You will be taking over an existing caseload working 2-3 days per week, however there is scope to develop the role further if the successful individual wanted to grow the position to full-time.
